May I share some great news among Texas History loving friends?

Just returned from the Will Rogers Medallion Award event in Fort Worth where the first book in our collection of Christmas stories set in the Texas Hill Country won bronze in the Inspirational Fiction category. We brought home a medal for each author and one for the publisher…which was me. 🙂
The Will Rogers Medallion is given to award excellence in literature and other art forms representing the American West and the spirit of character modeled by its namesake, cowboy humorist Will Rogers.

You may recall that earlier this year A Hill Country Christmas ~ Hope for Hardscrabble Times won silver in the Selah Awards for Inspirational Fiction/Anthology.

We couldn’t be more thrilled! 🙂

Our 2023 collection, A Hill Country Christmas ~ Truths for Troubled Trails, released on October 1. If you live in the area, please watch for holiday launch events at libraries and museums near you.

You can find both books on Amazon.
